A full mouth dental implant package replaces all missing or failing teeth in the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both jaws with implants that support a new set of fixed teeth.
In Turkey, the treatment can be combined with practical travel support such as hotel accommodation, airport transfers, clinic transport, scans, temporary teeth, and an English-speaking coordinator.
Many patients that come to us have struggled for years with loose dentures, advanced gum disease, repeated dental work, or teeth that have become painful and difficult to save.
At Avangart Dental Clinic in Istanbul, we plan full-mouth dental implants around your bone condition, remaining teeth, general health, and restorative needs. As a clinic authorized by the Turkish Ministry of Health for international health tourism, we are highly experienced in treating complex cases. If you are facing complete tooth loss, you are not alone; according to the World Health Organization, it affects almost 7% of adults aged 20 and over worldwide.
Living with failing teeth or loose dentures is exhausting. Full-mouth implants offer a permanent way out of that cycle. By anchoring a new set of teeth securely in place, this treatment lets you eat what you actually want and speak with confidence again. You won’t have to deal with the daily frustration of moving dentures or scheduling yet another emergency repair.
Send us a recent panoramic X-ray and clear photographs of your teeth. Our clinical team can review them and prepare an initial treatment recommendation before you make travel arrangements.

What Are Full Mouth Dental Implants?
If you have missing or failing teeth, full-mouth implants can give you back a complete, confident smile.
Here is simply how it works: first, we place small titanium posts into your jawbone to act as strong, artificial roots. Once your bone heals around them, we securely attach a full set of new teeth to those posts.
You don’t need an implant for every single tooth. Just a few strong implants (usually 4 to 6) can easily support a complete row of 10 to 14 teeth. The exact number we use just depends on the size of your jaw and the health of your bone.
Unlike old-fashioned dentures that just sit on your gums and slip around when you talk or chew, implant teeth give you a rock-solid foundation. You can choose a permanent set of teeth that stays fixed in your mouth, or a removable version that securely ‘snaps’ onto the implants so you never have to deal with messy dental glues again.

While nothing feels exactly like the teeth you were born with, implants are the closest possible alternative. Because they don’t have natural nerve endings, you might notice that hot and cold temperatures or biting pressure feel a little different.
However, nearly all of our patients tell us that having secure, permanent teeth is a massive and welcome improvement over the daily frustration of loose dentures.
Implants can restore chewing function and support crowns, bridges, or dentures. They may also help limit the jawbone shrinkage that often follows tooth loss.
To create a reliable, comfortable smile that stands the test of time, everything needs to be in perfect balance:
- The implant must be placed in healthy, supportive bone.
- The gum tissue must remain clean and stable.
- The bridge must fit accurately.
- The bite must spread pressure safely.
- The patient must follow the cleaning and review schedule.
A technically successful surgery can still develop problems when the bridge is difficult to clean, or the bite puts too much force on one area. That’s why we design your final teeth and plan your implant surgery at the same time. Treating them as a single, unified process ensures a much safer and more comfortable result.
Different Types of Full-Mouth Dental Implant Systems
There is no single implant system that suits every patient.
One person may have enough dense bone for six or eight implants per jaw. Another may have lost bone in the back of the mouth and be more suitable for four implants placed at carefully chosen angles.
A 3D CBCT scan gives us a detailed view of the upper jaw, lower jaw, sinus cavity, nerves, and available bone. It also helps us judge implant length, angle, and spacing before surgery begins.
The number in a treatment name simply refers to the number of implants supporting one complete arch:
- All-on-4 uses four implants per jaw.
- All-on-6 uses six.
- All-on-8 uses eight.
- Snap-on dentures may use two to four implants.
More implants do not automatically mean a better result. The right number is the number your jaw can support safely while giving the final bridge enough stability.
All-on-4 Implants: The Standard Full-Arch Solution
All-on-4 treatment uses four implants to support a complete upper or lower arch.
The two front implants are usually placed in a straighter position. The two implants toward the back may be angled to make better use of the stronger bone near the front of the jaw.
This angled approach can reduce the need to place implants in areas where the bone has become thin. It may also help the surgeon avoid sensitive areas such as the lower-jaw nerve or the sinus cavity.
For some patients, this means a fixed full-arch restoration may be possible without extensive grafting. We can only confirm whether your case is suitable for graft-free treatment after reviewing your CBCT scan.
All-on-4 may suit someone who:
- Has lost all teeth in one jaw
- Has several teeth that cannot be saved
- Struggles with a moving denture
- Has limited bone toward the back of the jaw
- Wants a fixed solution with fewer implants
If your implants achieve sufficient initial stability, we can attach temporary ‘immediate-load’ teeth shortly after surgery. However, ‘immediate’ does not mean the bone has fully healed. This temporary bridge is crafted to be lighter than your final restoration, and requires you to stick to soft foods while the bone safely fuses to the implants.
This approach is backed by strong, long-term clinical evidence. For instance, a major 10-year longitudinal study showed a near 95% implant success rate and an over 99% prosthesis survival rate for lower jaw implants. While individual results will always vary, these figures highlight the long-term reliability of the procedure for eligible candidates.
However, it’s important to remember that your personal habits and health matter just as much as the procedure. Factors like smoking, your daily cleaning routine, bone strength, and whether you grind your teeth will all play a huge part in keeping your new smile healthy for decades.
All-on-6 Implants: Wider Support Across the Jaw
All-on-6 uses six implants to support one complete arch.
The extra implant positions can spread chewing pressure across a wider area. This may be helpful for patients with a strong bite, a longer arch, or enough posterior bone to support additional implants.
We usually suggest All-on-6 if your jawbone is thick and healthy and your new smile would benefit from a wider base of support. Adding those two extra implants reduces the empty spaces under your bridge, which helps distribute your bite pressure much more evenly.
Six implants are not always more suitable than four. Trying to place extra implants into weak or narrow bone can make treatment more complicated without adding a meaningful benefit.
We choose between four and six implants after reviewing:
- Bone height and width
- Bone quality
- The shape of the jaw
- The position of the sinus or nerve
- Bite strength
- Teeth in the opposite jaw
- Signs of bruxism
We select the implant number according to your anatomy and long-term restorative needs because a higher implant count does not automatically produce a better result.
All-on-8 Implants: More Implant Positions for Selected Cases
The All-on-8 system uses eight implants beneath one full-arch bridge.
It can provide more support points across the jaw and may reduce the amount of unsupported bridge extending beyond the back implants. This can be useful when the jaw has enough bone to hold all eight implants safely.
All-on-8 does not replace each tooth with its own implant. The implants still support a connected bridge containing a full set of replacement teeth.
The system may be considered when:
- The jaw has enough height, width, and density
- Wider front-to-back support is needed
- The planned bridge requires more implant positions
- Bite forces need to be distributed across a larger area
The upper jaw often contains softer bone than the lower jaw, but this does not mean every upper-jaw case needs eight implants. Some patients are better suited to All-on-4 or All-on-6, while others need bone grafting or a different surgical approach.
Have you been told that your upper jaw is too soft or too thin for standard implants? Send us your scan for a second opinion before committing to a more extensive procedure.
Snap-on Dentures: A Secure Removable Option
Snap-on dentures are removable teeth held in place by implants.
They may use two to four implants with locator attachments or a supporting bar. The denture clips onto these connections and feels more secure than a conventional denture resting only on the gums.
You can remove the denture for cleaning. Many patients are also advised to remove it at night, although the instructions may vary with the type of attachment and your oral condition.
This option can suit patients who want better denture stability but do not need, cannot receive, or cannot budget for a fixed bridge.
Snap-on dentures may be considered when:
- A conventional denture moves while eating
- Bone loss limits fixed full-arch options
- The patient prefers a removable restoration
- Cleaning beneath a fixed bridge would be difficult
- A lower-cost implant option is needed
The attachments will wear over time and may need adjustment or replacement. This is normal maintenance to keep your teeth secure.
Full Mouth Dental Implant Prices in Turkey vs. the UK and US
The price of full mouth dental implants in Turkey depends on the number of implants, implant brand, final bridge material, required tooth extractions, and available bone.
To give you a clear idea of costs, our treatment packages start at £2,800 per jaw for All-on-4, and £3,600 per jaw for All-on-6. A double-jaw All-on-4 package starts from £5,600, while a full set of implants for both jaws starts from approximately £7,200.
Please note that these are baseline starting prices. Because every smile is unique, your final personalized quote will depend on your specific clinical needs and chosen materials.
| Implants | Türkiye | US | UK | Save |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single Tooth Implant | From £300 | From $2365 | From £1,750 | Save Up to 83% |
| All-on-4 (per jaw) | From £2800 | From $10746 | From £7,950 | Save Up to 65% |
| All-on-6 (per jaw) | From £3600 | From $14531 | From £10,750 | Save Up to 66.5% |
| Full Mouth Implants (per jaw) | From £3600 | From $10746 | From £7,950 | Save Up to 54.7% |
| Sinus lifting with 2 CC Graft (per side) | From £495 | From $4055 | From £3000 | Save Up to 83.5% |
We’ve included estimated UK and US prices above so you can easily see your potential savings. However, keep in mind that private dental costs in your home country will vary widely based on your specific city and chosen clinic. Private dental costs vary by clinic, city, implant brand, anaesthesia, and what the quotation includes.
When comparing full-arch dental implant costs in Turkey, check whether each quotation covers the same treatment and materials. Two offers may use the same implant count but include very different services and restorative materials.
Your written quotation will clearly confirm:
- Whether the price is for one jaw or both
- Which implant brand is included
- Whether temporary teeth are covered
- What material will be used for the final bridge
- Whether extractions are included
- Whether grafting or sinus treatment costs extra
- Whether hotel and transfers are included
- Whether the second visit is covered
- What the guarantee actually covers
We are able to offer highly affordable treatments simply because the cost of clinic operations and laboratory work in Turkey is significantly lower than in the UK or US. However, a lower price never means lower quality. We pride ourselves on maintaining world-class standards, using top-tier implant systems, and providing complete transparency in your treatment plan.
You can review our wider dental implant prices in Turkey before requesting a personal estimate.
What Is Included in Our All-Inclusive Package Deals?
Our full mouth dental implant packages in Turkey combine treatment with coordinated travel support.
The exact inclusions are listed in your personal quotation. A typical package may cover:
- Implant surgery
- Implant materials
- Panoramic imaging and CBCT scanning
- Temporary teeth
- The agreed final bridge
- Extractions included in the treatment plan
- Medication after surgery
- Hotel accommodation
- Airport, hotel, and clinic transfers
- An English-speaking coordinator
- Clinical reviews during your stay
To make your journey as stress-free as possible, all of our full-mouth packages include your hotel accommodation, VIP transport, panoramic X-rays, temporary teeth, planned extractions, and any necessary medication.
Flights are normally booked and paid for by the patient. They should only be treated as part of the package when the written quotation clearly includes them.
Travel arrangements are important, but the clinical details deserve more attention. We promise total transparency before you ever pay a deposit; you will always know exactly what implant brand we are using, what material your bridge will be made of, and that your quoted fee securely covers both of your visits to Istanbul.
We will explain what happens if the scan taken in Istanbul changes your provisional treatment plan.
For example, an X-ray sent from home might look perfect for a standard All-on-4 treatment. But once we take a detailed 3D scan in the clinic, we might discover a hidden area of thin bone that needs a small graft to ensure your implants stay secure. We will always walk you through these findings so you understand exactly why a change is needed.
| Implants | GBP (£) | EUR (€) | USD ($) |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 (per jaw) | £2800 | €3212 | $3785 |
| All-on-6 (per jaw) | £3600 | €4130 | £4866 |
| Full Mouth Implants (per jaw) | £3600 | €4130 | £4866 |

Dental Implant Brands and Material Standards
We work with established implant systems, including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Osstem, and Astra Tech. The brand is selected according to your bone structure, restorative plan, budget, and the components needed for the final bridge.
When it comes to your health, safety is our absolute priority. While many clinics use marketing terms like ‘FDA-approved’ loosely, we believe in complete transparency. We use strictly regulated, biocompatible materials, primarily high-grade titanium and sometimes zirconium oxide.
To give you total peace of mind, we ensure the specific implants and components we use have earned strict FDA clearances or European CE safety markings, meaning they meet the highest global safety standards.
Using a globally recognized implant brand offers a huge practical advantage for you: complete peace of mind when you return home. Because these brands are used worldwide, your local dentist will easily be able to find standard maintenance parts if you ever need them in the future.
Before you leave our clinic, we’ll give you a detailed record of your exact implant brand and model. Keep this safe with your medical records so your dentist at home always knows exactly how to care for your new smile.
A world-class implant brand is a great start, but it isn’t everything. For your new smile to truly last, the surgeon’s accuracy, the stability of your bone, and the precise fit of your bridge are equally vital. We focus on getting every single one of these details right.

Are You a Good Candidate for Full Mouth Restoration?
A suitable candidate for full-mouth implants is usually someone who has lost all their teeth, has several teeth that are failing and cannot be saved, or struggles daily with loose dentures.
You may be considered for a full mouth restoration in Turkey when most of the teeth in one or both jaws are:
- Missing
- Loose because of advanced gum disease
- Heavily decayed
- Repeatedly infected
- Broken below the gum line
- Supporting old dental work that can no longer be maintained
When patients contact us with several natural teeth remaining, our first priority is finding out which ones are healthy enough to keep. While we prefer to save strong, natural teeth whenever possible, removing a painful, failing tooth is often the best step toward giving you a beautiful, pain-free smile that lasts.
General health also affects candidacy. Your body needs to heal after surgery and form a stable connection between the implants and the surrounding bone.
Age alone does not decide whether you qualify. A healthy patient in their seventies may be suitable, while a younger patient with uncontrolled diabetes or active gum disease may need treatment before implant surgery can begin.
Tell us about:
- Diabetes and recent blood sugar control
- Heart conditions
- Blood-thinning medicines
- Osteoporosis medication
- Previous radiotherapy
- Immune conditions
- Allergies
- Smoking or vaping
- Bruxism
- Past problems with healing
For your own safety, please never stop or alter any prescribed medications without first consulting the doctor who originally prescribed them.
Bone Density, Bone Grafting, and Sinus Lifts
Teeth help maintain the bone around their roots. After a tooth is lost, that area of jawbone may gradually become thinner or shorter.
This loss can make implant placement more difficult, especially when teeth have been missing for many years.
A bone graft adds material to an area that does not have enough volume. The graft may use processed donor material, animal-derived material, synthetic material, or the patient’s own bone, depending on the case.
Over time, the area heals and develops a stronger foundation for an implant.
A sinus lift is used in the back of the upper jaw. The maxillary sinus sits above this area, and there may be too little bone between the mouth and the sinus cavity after the upper teeth have been lost.
During a sinus lift, the membrane lining the sinus is raised carefully, and grafting material is added beneath it. This creates more room for implant support.
Grafting may be completed at the same time as implant placement or as a separate first stage. The timing depends on how much bone is missing and whether the implants can achieve enough stability.
These procedures can increase the price and extend the overall treatment period. That is why we provide a fully transparent, written plan before you travel, ensuring you know exactly what to expect without any stressful financial surprises once you get here.
For severe upper-jaw bone loss, zygomatic implants may offer another option. These longer implants engage the cheekbone instead of depending entirely on the reduced upper-jaw ridge.
Zygomatic treatment is more complex than standard implant placement and is only considered after detailed imaging and specialist assessment.

Medical Conditions and Lifestyle Factors: Diabetes and Smoking
People with diabetes may still receive implants when the condition is well controlled.
Uncontrolled blood sugar can slow wound healing and increase the risk of infection. We may ask for recent medical information, including an HbA1c result, before confirming surgery.
When it comes to your health, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. There is no single HbA1c limit that applies to everyone. Instead, we take the time to evaluate your unique situation, looking at your test results alongside your daily medications, overall health, and previous healing history to ensure we are doing what is best for you.
Smoking is another important risk factor. Nicotine narrows blood vessels and reduces blood flow to the gums and bone at a time when those tissues need to heal.
In a five-year All-on-4 study, smoking was associated with 2.92 times the odds of marginal bone resorption of at least 2.8 mm.
Being a smoker doesn’t mean you can’t get implants, but it does mean we need to carefully discuss how to protect your new smile. We completely understand that quitting is hard.
However, it’s important to know that just cutting down or stopping right before surgery won’t immediately reverse the effects of smoking on your body’s ability to heal. We will walk through all of this with you to ensure your treatment is as safe and successful as possible.

The Two-Stage Treatment Timeline: What to Expect in Turkey
Most full-mouth implant cases require an initial visit of about 3 to 7 days, a healing period of 3 to 6 months at home, and a second visit of around 5 to 7 days for the final bridge.
The timeline may be longer when extensive bone grafting, sinus treatment, or complex healing is required.
First Visit: Extractions, Implants, and Temporary Teeth
Your first appointment in Istanbul includes a clinical examination and a CBCT scan. We compare these findings with the X-rays and photographs reviewed before you travelled.
The scan may confirm the original plan or reveal details that could not be seen on a two-dimensional panoramic image.
Once the final plan is agreed, treatment may include removal of teeth that cannot be saved. When a failing tooth cannot be retained safely, tooth extraction may be completed during the first treatment visit.
The surgeon then places the implants into the planned positions. Bone grafting or sinus treatment may be completed during the same appointment when appropriate.
One of the biggest worries patients have is going without teeth while they heal. Rest assured, we won’t let that happen! After your surgery, you will receive a set of temporary teeth. Depending on how stable your bone is on the day of surgery, we will either attach a fixed temporary bridge or provide a comfortable, removable denture.
It’s important to remember that these temporary teeth are designed primarily to give you back your smile and help you speak normally. Because they aren’t as strong as your final permanent teeth, you’ll need to stick to a soft-food diet during this early healing stage. To ensure a smooth, successful healing process, you will need to stick to soft foods and cut your meals into small pieces to avoid putting pressure on the implants.
The Osseointegration Healing Period
Osseointegration is the period when the jawbone heals closely around the titanium implant.
This usually takes several months. It is very common for your implants to feel perfectly solid long before the healing is actually finished. Even if your mouth feels great after a few weeks, the bone beneath your gums is still slowly fusing to the implant to create a permanent bond.
The temporary bridge needs protection during this stage. Hard food can create small movements around a healing implant, even when the patient feels no pain.
During this healing phase, soft foods are your best friend. Enjoy things like eggs, flaky fish, pasta, yogurt, soups, and well-cooked vegetables; anything that doesn’t require hard chewing.
To protect your healing implants, avoid tough or hard foods like nuts, ice, crusty bread, steak, and sticky sweets. We know it might be tempting to bite down on something hard just to ‘test’ how strong your new teeth feel, but please resist the urge!
Keeping your mouth clean requires a little extra care right now. Because food can easily collect beneath a full-arch bridge, a standard toothbrush won’t be enough to reach every area. We will show you exactly how to clean around the gum line to keep your gums healthy.
Finally, we are always here for you. Please reach out to us right away if your temporary teeth feel loose, if your swelling gets worse instead of better, or if you feel an increase in pain after it had already started to settle.
Second Visit: Placement of the Final Zirconia Bridge
The second visit begins with checks of the implants and gum tissue. When the implants are ready, we take digital or conventional impressions for the final restoration.
The dental laboratory then prepares the bridge using the agreed material. This may be zirconia, porcelain-fused-to-metal, or another option included in your plan.
Designing your perfect smile is an art. Before your final bridge is manufactured, we will sit down with you to carefully check and adjust all the important details, such as:
- Tooth length and shape
- Shade
- Lip support
- Gum appearance
- Speech
- Bite height
- Contact between the upper and lower teeth
- Access for cleaning
During the aesthetic try-in, you can review the tooth shape, shade, and overall appearance before the final bridge is completed.
The permanent dental crowns or connected bridge units are then fitted, and the bite is checked again.
When you test your new bite, please let us know immediately if one area feels heavier or ‘hits’ sooner than the rest. Even a tiny uneven spot can put unnecessary stress on your new bridge or implants over time, and we want to adjust it until it feels perfectly natural. Before you head back home, we’ll also provide comprehensive cleaning advice so you know exactly how to care for your new smile.

Aftercare, Recovery, and Longevity
Protecting Your Gums
While your new titanium implants cannot get cavities, the gums and bone surrounding them can still become inflamed if they aren’t kept clean. If you ever notice bleeding while brushing, ongoing swelling, a bad taste, or a change in how your bridge fits, please don’t ignore it; have it checked by a dentist right away to prevent any risk of bone loss.
Your Daily Cleaning Routine
To keep your mouth perfectly healthy, your daily routine should include a soft toothbrush, implant-safe interdental brushes, and specialized bridge floss. While a water flosser is fantastic for removing trapped food, it shouldn’t be your only tool; your gums and bridge still need the gentle, direct cleaning of a toothbrush.
Partnering With Your Local Dentist
We highly recommend keeping up with regular check-ups with a dentist or hygienist back in your home country. Simply ask them to routinely check your gums, your bite, the bridge screws, and your bone levels to ensure everything remains stable and healthy over the years.
How Long Will Full-Mouth Implants Last?
With excellent care, titanium implants can remain securely in place for decades, and often for life! However, just like natural teeth, the bridge attached to the implants will experience daily wear and tear. Over many years, the bridge itself may eventually need maintenance or replacement, even if the implants beneath it remain perfectly strong.
Keep in mind that smoking, poor oral hygiene, uncontrolled diabetes, and missing your dental check-ups can significantly shorten the lifespan of your treatment. Finally, if you have a habit of grinding or clenching your teeth in your sleep, we will strongly recommend wearing a simple night guard. This will protect your beautiful new bridge from heavy pressure while you rest.

Your surgery is only as good as the hands performing it. Our clinical team is led by Dr. Emrah Yeşilyurt, the innovator behind Toronto Hybrid Technology and Dr. Egemen Aras. Together, they bring over two decades of combined experience in Turkish and international dentistry.

In the days following your surgery, it is completely normal to experience some tenderness, swelling, bruising, and mild bleeding. To keep you comfortable, we will provide you with all the necessary medications. Resting, applying cold compresses, and sticking to a soft diet will also help you heal quickly!
Remember, we are always here for you. Please reach out to us right away if your swelling continues to increase, or if your pain starts to worsen after it had already begun to fade.
Yes, we offer IV sedation to keep you completely relaxed! While it is different from general anesthesia (which makes you fully unconscious), IV sedation makes you deeply relaxed and unaware of the surgery.
Even with sedation, we always use local anesthesia to ensure you don't feel any pain. Because your safety comes first, sedation is only planned after a thorough review of your medical history, including any allergies, breathing issues, or daily medications.
Language will never be a barrier to your care! From the moment you arrive, you will have a dedicated English-speaking patient coordinator by your side. They will help you communicate directly with your dentist, manage your transport, and understand all your medications.
Before any treatment begins, we will ensure you fully understand your surgery, the costs, and your guarantee. We want you to feel completely comfortable, so please never hesitate to ask us to explain something again if it isn't perfectly clear.
Available payment arrangements depend on our current policy and your country of residence.
Some patients pay in stages, use a credit provider, or arrange finance through an independent company. Before you book, we will confirm the deposit, payment schedule, accepted currencies, card fees, and cancellation terms.
