SAVE UP TO 70% ON DENTAL TREATMENT

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Avangart Dental Clinic Turkey, we ask for a deposit of 10 percent of your total treatment cost, with a minimum of £350, to secure your booking. This payment lets us reserve your appointment times, plan accommodation and transfers when included, and align our dentists’ schedules. Your deposit is then deducted from your total treatment cost at your first visit.

We understand that unexpected changes can happen, and we try to support you when plans change. If you cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit or provide more than 30 days’ notice before your scheduled date, we will refund your deposit in full. Please note that last-minute bookings made within 15 days of the treatment date are non-refundable, even if the cancellation happens within the 48-hour period.

If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, we may keep part or all of your deposit because we have already reserved clinical time and services for you. Late changes are hard to fill, and we still cover staff and operational costs that support your dental treatment process. We also review each situation individually and consider special circumstances when relevant information is provided.

Deposit Requirements & Fees

Your deposit secures your reservation and assists us in preparing for your visit, such as planning your implant options with global dental implant brands, reviewing expected before and after results, or arranging any other dental treatment you may require. If you need to cancel, the refund depends on how much notice you give.

When you cancel more than 30 days before your treatment date, we refund the full deposit. With 15 to 30 days’ notice, we refund £100, and with less than 15 days’ notice, no refund is available.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We know that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and we’ll do our best to find new dates that work for you whenever we can. Rescheduling depends on how much notice you give, because we reserve clinic time and organise services in advance. If you need help, please contact us as soon as you know your dates may change.

Rescheduling Fees Based on Notice

If you let us know more than 30 days before your appointment, you can reschedule once free of charge, subject to availability. Your deposit will be moved to the new booking date. If you reschedule with 15 to 30 days’ notice, a £100 rescheduling fee applies because we may need to adjust dentist schedules, accommodation, and transfers.

Late Changes and Special Cases

If you need to reschedule with less than 15 days’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, since we’ve already set aside the time and resources for your booking. If the change is due to a real medical or travel emergency, like getting sick, having a flight cancelled, or having trouble with your visa, please send us proof, and we will look at your case. To keep your deposit valid, make sure your new treatment dates are within three months of your original booking. Otherwise, the change may be considered a cancellation.
